  • Leads the annual external  audit and  tax filing process with KPMG auditors
  • Completes annual budget and monthly financial analysis and forecasting for Citi Foundation; ensures operating and financial targets are strategically aligned with management goals and operational plan

Founder/Board Member

  • Develops and facilitates 12+ empowering educational programs per year including workshops on entrepreneurship, design management and professional development for membership base of 2,500+ women
  • Forges strategic partnerships with companies and universities including AIA NY, General Assembly, Fashion Institute of Technology, Parsons School of Design, 30 Weeks Design Incubator and Levo League to effectively produce multi-disciplinary programming and strengthen best practices in the design industry
  • Manages and recruits boardmembers to assist in outreach efforts and sustainability of programs and partners


  • Produced first “Women in Design & Technology” three-part series at General Assembly NYC in 2010 reaching 150+ women in design, business and technology fields
  • Developed curriculum, sourced experts and produced 135+ business education events over 5 years to an audience of 7,000+ women for Damsels in Design, a professional networking organization for women in design-related careers
  • Launched Designers Education League in 2015—a non-profit providing paid business training apprenticeships to college students from diverse backgrounds with limited financial means
